who started this quote of "customer is always right?"!!! wat the hell man.. right your head la.. some customer is plainly RUDE, UNREASONABLE, OVERBOARD, THINK THEY ARE SO GREAT, PROUD, ATTITUDE ETC ETC ETC!! its not as if we are rude to them or wat in the first place, in fact, we've talk very very nicely to them, and wat we get in return? a very piss off remark, and a BAD attitude! *rolls eyes* wats wrong with these ppl? do they treat their own friends like this? or they only treat those ppl serving them this way? sigh.. like wat i said ytd.. there're too many kinda ppl already.. so i shoudn't be too bothered abt these KIND of ppl..
anyway, was in town with JY, Tong, Kk and Zak last weekend.. saw the overhead bridge at suntec, very pretty hehe..

Ren yU Ren (people & people)
there're lots and lots of different ppl in this world.. everyone thinks differently and act differently.. well i categorize them as follows:
1. the "peaceful" kind - this kinda ppl does not wan to have anything to do with them, they only wana live a peaceful life. not interfering into other ppl's life and not wanting other ppl to interfere with their life as well.
2. the "trouble maker" kind - this kinda ppl always like to find things to make trouble with.. every little thing they can think of they'll just make trouble out of it. they dun care if u r a nice person anot, if they dun like u, then u better watch ur backside..
3. the "dun care" kind - nothing will ever bother this kinda ppl, no matter wat happen, they can always take it easily as possible, as if even the sky falls down, they'll just treat it like a blanket for themselves.
4. the "upset easily" kind - any little things happen will always make a big impact on this kinda ppl's life.. even if its not really big impact, but somehow it will always get reminded of a little incident..
5. the "unreasonable" kind - this kinda ppl tend to think that wat they think is always right, therefore other ppl will feel that they r very unreasonable, while they themselves dun think so..
6. the "buddha" kind - this kinda ppl doesn't bear grudges and will be loved by everyone, treats everyone nicely (even if u r bad to him/her) and equally. and doesn't get angry at all (almost).
7. the "eyes in the sky" kind - this kinda ppl looks down on almost every single thing on earth, and they think they're the greatest... well they still dunno wat they've miss out in life actually..
8. the "2 headed" kind - telling you he/she hates this person, but at the same time telling the person he/she hates u... or worse, telling you he/she hates this someone and if you said u hate that someone too, he/she'll go telling that someone you hate them.
9. the "fake" kind - well i dun have to explain more, its just pretending to be nice to u while holding a knife behind the back. - talking abt this, sometimes backstabbing can b very misunderstanding.. cos u might think that this person had backstabbed u.. but, its better to check wat actually happen b4 accusing ppl, cos it might not be wat u think...
the list actually goes on and on.. there're alot alot kinda ppl.. blah blah blah.. but if u actually look carefull at those characteristics, some of them are actually linked together somehow or another, and some ppl might have quite a few of the categories in their character.

sometimes when someone suddenly treats u a little better, most of the time its because they wan something in return / or they need something from you. well i said most of the time, so there might be cases maybe the person feels that he/she needs to do some charity keke.. sometimes i think of this kinda things i feel so sick.. y do u have to pretend? y do u have to make so much trouble and make things more complicated? y do you have to make things difficult for other ppl? y are u so fake? y u do things so "underground"? y do u love bullying other ppl? y can't u just get along with other ppl and stop making ppl dislike u?

Remember i said i was playing this Maple game.. finally after dunno how many mths.. i've train up to level 20!! hehe.. every 5 levels we can buy new armor to wear and weapon to use to equip ourselves.. so once i've reach level 20, i went shopping for new clothes and hat keke..
notice the character name different rite.. cos i re-create the character.. name it as KetchupGal lor.. anyway these are the clothes i wear in different stage of the game.. I'm a "Cross-Bow Man" so these are the clothes i can wear.. there are also warrior, thief and mage.. mage's dress are the prettiest in the game.. but too bad i choose to be a hunter.. hehe.. anyway the snowboard is to play for fun one, cos the damage level very low, not much of a use.. y am i saying so much? heheeh.. nothing actually, just find the characters cute leh~

in celebration of their last paper ytd, Yoyo & meiling (his gf) offer to prepare a mini steamboat at tong & Kk's hostel. cos Jy and me are gng to visit their hostel, so we were invited to join the steamboat as well =) it was quite fun hanging ard cos it's just like having chalet (only that it looks like a "old village look alike" apartment) heeehee... anyway we took some photos ytd.. and i just realise shiqiang was not in any of the photos haha.. last but not least, thanks for the steamboat! though its just a simple and small one, but its very nice ^-^

mY Mom SayS~
that when i was still a baby, i'm hard to take care of because i always cry non stop, she really dunno wat to do with me, until she oso cry with me heehee.. once she said she was so fed up with me crying that she threw me on the bed, but who knows, the little me was bounced up when she threw me down, and i ended up having a finger nail scretched on my face heehee.. there's still a little scare on my face, but not really obvious unless u really close up on my face =)
when i'm a toddler, i was very very naughty, plays like a boy and always curious of everything and running around. because i like to run around, i had quite a few bad falls, one was when my dad bring me to the park to play and i fall head on the concrete sharp corner and ended up having a few stitches on my head - well u still can see this scar on my forehead heehee.. another time i was running along the corridor when i was hit by a bicycle and flew a few meters away, and had a big rambutan on my head again.. i'm very injury prone when i was young heehee..
i was told that i love to eat peanuts when i was very young but because i can't chew, its my dad who chew the peanuts and gave them to me hahah... and my mom says i love it alot heehee.. *maybe thats one reason why i dun like peanuts now* haha no la, i dun like the powdery feeling not cause of last time =) other than peanut, i oso love the pig trotter's skin when i'm young, heehee.. the fatter the better ^-^ but now, i dun even dare to eat a little keke..
most of the things are told by my mom, i rarely have any memory of those, maybe only abit ba.. cos i still remember staying at the hospital (not wanting to wear their "paitent clothes" ended up troubling my mom to go home get it for me heehee), but i definitely dun remember the peanut thingy, purely is told by my mom hehe..
they're loads and loads of things i love to do when i was young, i love gng down and cycle with my neighbours or play cooking game while we go plug all the "flowers" or grass to cook a meal. love to catch small dragonflies by their wings making them unable to fly (tats when i was young, not now.. its too cruel!), love riding big bicycles where my feet can't even touch the ground (that's the challenging part!), loves playing block catching and loves to challenge see who can swing the swing to the highest, try standing on the swing while swinging or even challenge see who can jump down the swing landing successfully from the highest position.
my mom sign me up for ballet lesson when i was young, but i quit after some time.. partly cos i was the worse student in class, can't even doing a bending movement properly, my bone was not flexible since young till now hee hee...
if i'm gng to have my own kids next time, i'll make sure i record down a diary for my kids to look at when they grow up.. they be laughing at what funny things they've done when they're young, and they wound't be blaming me for saying nonsense things cos i've got prove to it hee..hee..

I'm bored in office today... i'm starting to hate coming to work during the weekends! but no choice.. wat to do? though i dun always work when i come back during the weekends but i always felt my weekends had been eaten up if i have to come work.. its as if there's no weekends for me.. sigh.. i know i always complain about work, but somehow i feel.. thats working life ba.. no matter where u work or wat u work as, there's sure some things u'll feel unhappy with..

heard from quite a few ppl who went to watch harry potter that it sux.. and most of them who says it sux are those who've read the book -_-" actually sometimes i feel if u really wana enjoy a movie, u should not know if its gd or its bad or expect it to be very gd, else u wouldn't be able to really enjoy the show. and of course not know whats the story is like b4 u watched it, cos this will definitely make u feel that the show's not tat nice compare to the book. cos i myself had the same exp b4, that was the turn left turn right movie.. way b4 the movie was screened, i've read the pictorial book by jimmy and had loved this story very very much.. so when the movie was out, i was so excited to watch it.. but to my disappointment, i think the movie's just ok only, y? cos i've expected too much, simple as that. but but but.. there's one story i loved both the book and the movie.. ehhehe... Charlie & the Chocolate Factory!! hheehe... dun expect too much, sometimes u might even get some surprises in return, thats wat i feel =)

went k-lunch with ah dear ytd.. keke.. Rainie's new song has been release for singing at k-box =) love her mtv, very nice, pretty gal and handsome guy inside hhehee..
after singing, we head down to far east for my hair cut at my fav salon Di-Summer. though charges are abit high $28 for just trimming my hair, but i like the haircut, not like some hairstylist i've been to, very noob then take a long time cutting my hair, after which realise that she spend too much time cutting and end up finishing it off very abruptly and then my hair becomes very uneven, i've told her that its not even, but the way i look at her cutting skills is making my hair worse.. so forget it haha..
then we head down to plaza sing for Harry Potter =) i think its nice hehe... i've always loved watching Harry Potter since its first movie.. i love their magic and i love the beautiful things they create.. but i still prefer watching them when they are still young, now they've all grown up, not cute anymore hehe..

I've been feeling very very tired.. very very sleepy, its not as if i slept at 3am everyday, everyday i slept at ard 12 and wake up at 7, i still feel i've not enough sleep.. how?!?! sleep early? hmm i oso wana sleep early, but everytime got this to do got that to do how to sleep early? sigh.. i was wondering if i'm able to master the skill of sleeping with my eyes open one of these days.. most of the ppl tells me, the older u get the lesser sleep u'll need.. but it dun seems to be the case for me.. i still needs to sleep as much.. and my dark eye rings gets darker and darker and i look very pale and exhausted.. which makes me think i might have some kinda disease somewhere inside my body and had not been discover yet...

met up with JY at jurong point ytd, saw the VCD for the taiwanese idol drama DEVIL BESIDE YOU, starred by Yang Cheng Ling and He Jun Xiang!! waaaahh!! i wana buy! hehe.. but cos they just release so the price's still quite high and no discounts.. even member oso no discounts.. so.. i'll just have to wait till they have promotion then buy lor hehhe.. another taiwanese idol drama i waiting for is ER ZHUO JU ZHI WEN (can't remember the eng title le), looks very nice oso! starred by Lin Yi Chen and (another guy i can't remember his name heheh)

mY NeW SpEcz
went to collect my new specs with ah dear today... we made a plastic frame one, cos metal frame one like abit boring keke.. and i choose a red color while he choose an orange red frame... with flower pattern at the side for mine and stripe pattern for his one... anyway a picture says a thousand words, so here you go~~~~~ but too bad u can't see the pattern at the side unless u close up at the side view keke..
anyway the gathering with my pri sch friends was not too bad (though quite a few of them put aeroplane)... get to hear alot of stories and strange encounter from one of them.. i'll try to write on some of them when i'm more free, cos i'll feeling so sleepy now ZzZZzzz... NiteZ *yawnZ*

the lightings for christmas have been up at orchard road! ytd i was taking the bus to orchard, and the whole stretch of orchard road is lighted up with the christmas lightings, very beautiful! anyway i heard from my friend that there's this stall at orchard selling pontian's famous wan ton mee, she told me the taste about the same.. so i went over to try (cos i've tried pontian's wan ton mee, and its really fantastic).. but to my disappointment, i can only say "CANNOT MAKE IT", the standard difference is quite big.. but i guess for those ppl who nv try the original flavour will find it nice because in SG we normally cant get to eat this kinda flavour... maybe they only take the mee from pontian (cos their noodle is hand made one ma..), the taste's not really gd.. if u ordered the chilli one maybe still alrite, but if u ordered without chilli.. yucks.. last time at bedok oso got this stall says they sell the wan ton mee from pontian.. taste as bad oso lol.. felt so cheated sia... ehhh... dun think i'll get sue for writting something like tat ba? its only my own opinion wor hehe...
after eating such disappointing food, i went ard shopping hehe.. bought a pair of pretty green shoes, i noe i shouldn't be buying any more things because i'll be gng to KL soon, which means more money to be spend! but really can't help it leh hehe.. cos i will think, maybe go KL there oso didn't manage to see any shoes that i like how? end up both side oso can't get any shoes wor.. hehe..
alrite, ciaoz already.. gng to meet my pri sch friends at millenia walk at 3pm.. hope i wouldn't be late cos i have even go bath yet lol.. and worse thing of all, i can't remember how to walk to millenia walk from city hall!! haha...

we've always see ppl lost their memories and stuff inside dramas, stories, comics etc etc.. the most recent tv drama i've watch (wang zi bian qing wa) on tv depicts a guy met a girl & fall in love with the girl when he'd lost his memory.. but after he recover his memory, he totally forgot wat had happen during the period he had lost his memory (this story almost to same as one korean drama my mom had watched keke). but though he had forgot wat had happen, he slowly find himself falling back in love with the girl whom he love during his lost of memory, which he himself oso can't explain why this happen..
thinking abt this reminds me of something i read on a comic, it says, a person have 2 kind of memory, one is the memory store inside our brain, another one is physical memory.. eg. maybe u've lost u memory, and forgot that u actually love this person, he's a total stranger to u, but when something happen to him, say maybe he cut his hand accidentally, by right since you've lost u memory, you wouldn't be feeling too much abt wat happened, but.. somehow or another u automatically run over and see if his hand is alrite anot, at the same time thinking "eh.. how come i so anxious or wat..". even though you've lost your mental memory, but ur physcial memory is still there... well i'm not really gd at explaining hehe.. but whether anot this is true, i oso dunno..

working at a "customer service" base company really gifs u headache and stress! i noe its not easy handling customers.. but after i came over here to work, i finally experience it myself.. sigh.. ppl just grumble and grumble non stop.. then they'll just expect more and more from u.. if u dun gif them wat they wan then u'll be in deep shit!
some ppl even worse, subscribe already, then nv come and use the facilities, then dun wana pay the monthly subscription then complain say our facilities not gd. in the first place, if u wana sign up, make sure u come and use, because even if u nv use u still needa pay for it. just like signing up for broadband.. if u nv use they still charge u every mth.. if u use everyday, then ur money will be worth it.. nobody force u not to use it or prevent u from using it.. then y complain so much when ask to make payment?
then some of the ppl take your help for granted.. there's this case whereby this GUY A went all out to help this guy (actually he should not be doing this, but my colleague being kind help him for that time), then the next time this same person ask help again, and GUY A rejected him, guess wat he says -> "but that time u oso help me ma.. aiya, its just a matter of whether u wana help anot la" wa liew, how can he say this? he should be grateful that GUY A helped him the first time.
but but but.... there're also some nice ppl ard... they r really nice, they dun make unreasonable request, dun anyhow grumbles at u and they obey the rules and dun make things difficult for u... really, big thanks to all the nice ppl for making our job easier and gifing us a better life.. hahha i sound so dumb..

we use to complain in my previous company the things there sux.. this and that.. but when i came over this company.. things doesn't seems to get any better..
1. the scanner's abit crazy cos the cable connection's loose,
2. the color printer always have network problem and the com connecting the printer doesn't have a monitor -_-" everytime i'll have to connect it to my com then can restart it.
3. the com here oso quite lousy, sometimes i have to restart dunno for how many times a day.. but mine is consider still not too bad already.. my colleagues one are worse! they dun even have usb port in their com!! imagine how old the com is -_-"
4. the office looks old old like a store.. -_-"
5. the air-con is always leaking water.. and now its spoil.. not yet fixed.. everyday we r working inside an oven -_-"
6. the email oso sux, sometimes ppl send us mail we didn't even receive.. the support ppl oso dunno wat happen -_-"
7. though maybe the toilet is slightly better.. but cos everyone is using it including the public.. therefore sometimes it still stinks -_-"
8. the lamintating machine heating element oso spoil, so everytime if i laminate the signage the whole thing will look abit crumple (those paper kena water then dry up that kind lol). laminating A4 one still alrite, A3 size normally will have problem.
see.. almost everything here seems like breaking down..

met up with tong and Kk for dinner at JP ytd.. exams in Uni seems very tough for them.. its not like poly where u can easily score points by studying pass year papers and doing ur tutorials.. its oso something that you can't fool around because the school fees and hostel fees are not cheap.. so guys, jia you k! better stop ur gaming la.. it really will affect ur studies one, especially now that u guys had been addicted to it! must have discipline!! u all r consider adults already, should have more control over urself hehehe.. anyway i'm not trying to lecture u all in my blog la.. hehe i know its something that u all actually knows, but i just wana show it to u to remind u hheheheheh... all the best for ya exams k! it'll be over soon, so bear with it for the time being and it'll be over soon! its just a few weeks, not months or years leh.. keke.. the whole morning i've been busy clearing up my colleague's desk.. there're lotsa documents and files.. i have to arrange them nicely and neatly because she's coming back to work on sunday (cos her mc only last till the 12 nov, and she's on duty on the 13th).. which is really a gd news for me because i'll be handing over her work back to her =) though this is the case, but i'm sure there's lotsa things i have to help her out (which i totally dun mind, cos i'll not be in-charge of the things le ma keke), cos i'm sure her movement around wouldn't be that convenient oso after the operation.

~Air-Con~
staying in an air conditioned place during a hot day is the best enjoyment one can ever get on earth lol (please ignore me, i'm just trying to to exagerating).. but sad to say.. my office's air-con was down today.. in total there's 3 air-con in the office, one was already spoiled when i just join the company, the other one is located at a far end, so doesn't really make a difference..
so ytd the only useful air-con that we have to surviving on was spoiled, the technician came down and make some repair, though its working, but the air that it produce is not really cooling.. and today, its totally spoiled, can't even switch on.. so the whole office was ~ so warm and humid~ no ventilation.. sigh..
we dun even have fan to use man! imagine urself in ur own room, windows close, no fan, no air con.. thats how i feel now.. worse thing of all, we dun even know when the air-con will be repaired!!

NiGht SceNerY
i had a great dinner with ah dear tonight @ the restaurant located @ Mount Faber. today's dinner is oso consider as his bday dinner as we did not manage to have a proper dinner on his bday itself.
the scenary there was superb, all the lights and the sky looks so charming keke.. the view at the altivo bar (located few steps away from the restaurant) was even better~ can see the cable cars and stuff.. will be a really fantastic place for chilling out and relaxing =)
anyway we both had pasta for dinner, initially i wanted the grill chicken (without breast meat), but they only serve with breast meat, so i choose a seafood pasta in the end. then i had a chocolate chip milk shake (yummy~ taste like chocolate chip ice cream lol...) and ah dear had a ice cream float which taste as good ^-^
btw, just in case u happen to take note that my hair's not really straight.. i didn't go and perm my hair lol.. its my mom's curler ^-^ and she do the hair for me hehe.. cos its quite difficult to use the curler urself.. u can't really curl the back of ur own hair and making sure that the curler's heating element dont hurt ur scalp..

FinDinG thE RiGht Man~
How do we define whether we've found the right man? I guess everybody's level of definition is different.. but sometimes its quite contradicting, cos some ppl will feel tat if the person is bad, he is bad.. "jiang shan yi gai, ben xin nan yi", then wat abt someone who's gd in the first pl? that doesn't guarranty that he will be gd always.. so does it mean that its really up to our own fate?
cos maybe u tot u've marry a really gd man, but he turn out to be a jerk? or due to some circumstances he started gambling and drinking in an excuse of reliving stress and have gotten from bad to worse.. or vice versa?
i've always thought marrying a rich man doesn't mean u'll be rich ur whole life.. cos if u r fated to have poor life, then maybe one day he'll get bankrupt.. and if u r fated to enjoy gd life for the rest of ur life, even if u marry a poor man, maybe u'll struck lottery or maybe do really well in business and earns lots of money..
life is so full of uncertainties and surprises.. but we must also do our part in order for the surprises and happiness to come.. sitting there and doing nothing wouldn't bring us to anywhere, thats wat i think...

for ah dear's bday this yr, i made a chocolate ice cream "cake" for him.. keke.. pls note that its "cake" not cake lol.. cos i dun have oven at home.. so have to use other things to substitude lor ^-^ its chocolate wrap with ice cream inside ~yummy~ cos its home-made.. so doesn't look so nice, pls bear with it lol..

As shown in the above pic, I'm someone similar to a pig, eats alot and sleeps alot. Eating and sleeping are my favourite past time and its very important to me also! Looking at the wings and wondering, "do pigs fly?" well pigs dun fly but Iwan to fly! Fly away to any place I wan, freedom!
