it had been a long long long time ago since i post my photos on my blog le.. my posts looks so boring without any photos.. haha.. ya as usual, alot are my own zi lian big head shot~ some are my gathering photo a month back, and some are my new hair cut photos.. keke..

some hair curling effect on one of my shopping days with jy.. i was like still abit early to meet jy (super rare sign.. cos i always take alot of time to prepare b4 i can get outta house, normally i'll be a little late haha.. ), so i went to heat up the curler and curl part of my hair that are not tied up..

ta-dah.. my new hair cut~ hehe.. as usual, my face look more chubby/round when my fringe is short lol.. my colleague who came back from reservist ask me.. "you fatter le hor" then i say.. "issit? haha.. maybe cos of my new hair style prob" hahahaa!!!

Had mY HaiR CuT FinaLLy...

my last hair cut was last yr dec lol.. then by right CNY shld get another hair cut, but dun wana spend the money like tat (cutting hair getting more ex cos my hair longer now) - i always go back to my fav salon cos the hair stylist pro leh hee.. im always satisfied with his "work", tho is abit ex, but once awhile go there will find the money worth it rather than getting my hair done ugliy at cheaper salons..

so finally i went to cut my hair, with my fringe short (i gotta cut it short, haha.. my forehead too high already, if i dun trim it short i'll look bald lol..), at times when u see me in side parting (with long fringe, that means it had been some time since i visit the salon already haha..)

i'll upload the photos if i have more time~ haha.. it had been a long time since i post my photos in my blog le, haha.. recently oso didn't really take alot of photos oso hee..

Anyway this morning i was at the bank for company purpose and then when i was abt to leave, this policeman stop me.. and i was like "oh.. did i do something wrong? *heart stop for a sec*" then he point at the counter tat i had left my umbrella there haha (cos it was raining early in the morning), i always left my things at the bank one.. tat time there's this letter i needa post i oso left it there, then gotta run back and take when i was on my way to the post office and realise i dun have the letter with me haha! *blur*

JusT wHen I Was tHinkinG...

that there dun seems to be a job that i like / feels comfortable in.. feeling lost abt wat job shld i wrk or venture into.. my customer told me that "you wouldn't be able to find a job u like, u just have to LEARN how to like your job" very true rite? hee.. he did told me to like wat im doing, then i will be happier oso.. he says my job's actually quite gd, because other than doing designing, i touched on sales and marketing as well.. and all other stuffs i do it independently here, without any supervision (only everyday boss will call and ask got sales anot? which is very sian if i dun have sales for the day.. he listen already oso sian, i saying oso sian..)

i was just thinking shld i further studies on marketing or not.. cos designing im lousy.. programming i cannot make it.. animation and video line is very limited in sg (plus i think this kinda job is those work like mad kind lol) basically multimedia field if im gng to continue this line, i think its hard for me to earn high pay given my ability lol... as for marketing, i've got a lit bit of experience on that, and i've got customer service exp as well, admin stuffs like sending out quotation i oso done b4, QA job oso done b4 haha! my exp so rojak lol.. shld be time to concentrate on 1 field and earn big big haha!

but hor.. think abt it.. marketing, altho i've a lit exp of it.. but the whole picture i've not really figured out.. i'm just a lit worried tat it might not be wat i wan oso.. and that i might not be able to handle (cos i had really bad eng language) - marketing needs powerful in eng then can.. (oh, i think tats one of the smallest reason i left my prev jobs, my eng sux la, everytime had a hard time thinking abt nice and attracting phrases etc).. so if im taking marketing course, i will have to take up another course to brush up my eng skills~ ohhh... $$$$...

CerTain CusTomeRs...

really like to push their luck.. i've got this call from a customer ytd saying he wan to collect he's name card. I told him we need 7 wrking days to be ready, but he insisted that i said he can collect ytd.. so i said that i told him and all of my customer that name card printing needs 7 working days firmly.. and he was like not happy etc.. i my heart i was thinking, lucky i told all my customer the same thing and i didn't promise any of them any deadlines, cos is like the feeling he gif me is that he's trying to make me confuse that i promised that to him and he's very disappointed abt our service. (no use, cos i know fully wat i've said b4.. hee.. lucky i said the same thing all the way, else i'll have to clean up that shit - imagine if i can't remb if i said that to him, and he insisted tat i said (which maybe i didn't).

anyway y right 7 wrking days will be ard this thurs, but today i got a call that the name card is ready, and i called him up and said the factory side manage to gif it to us b4 7 working days and he can go collect it already. he was like super thankful and abit guilty abt his call ytd.. he said sry cos he was abit disappointed that he can't collect his card and ppl are asking for his name card.

RaiNie & TaiPei~

my bro just came back from his taipei holiday trip on thurs~ and he bought me rainie's 2nd album (qing gong ban - the one with the vcd one).. hee.. really nice.. can't find in sg.. plus they gave a free mousepad somemore =)

but best of all! is he saw RAiNIE in taipei!!! cool leh! cos he was gng to this bookshop with his friend and they heard someone saying CHENG LING! and they rushed over to this shopping mall where she was there to represent as their shopping mall doll. my bro said he took photos of her.. so gotta wait till i get from him then can upload and share ya~

so excited.. hee. tho i actually saw rainie in her autograph session for her 1st album in sg hee..

anyway like i was saying my mom likes Da S... so i was telling my bro, if he saw da S instead, i guess my mom would consider gng taipei instead of korea in future lol.. my mom had always wanted to go korea (aft watching tonnes of korea drama), but she always say wait till she win lottery then all of us go haha! cos she feel using the savings go oversea like not really a gd idea lol.. so, when i will be earning more money in future, more savings le then i will treat her to korea =) but she scared of taking the airplane.. cos last time there's this fortune teller told her, she is not fated to take airplane, if she take, surely something bad will happen de.. (eg. plane crash, plane suddenly drop down due to unforseen circumstances).. well she oso knows that this kinda things cannot really trust.. but she is tat kinda ppl who willl rather believe than be sorry.. hee.. ya.. just like wat u r thinking now.. she hadn't taken any airplane all her life (tats y i must faster save mmore $$ let her go overseas, at least once ba ya~ will psycho her to go despite the fortune teller fact, plus its a free ticket.. so y not? hee), her furthest is m'sia by car =)

MoM & YouTube~

i think i mention b4 that my mom loves Da S in my blog rite? hee.. once a while she will log on to the net and see Da S's latest news, and recently, i've introduce her to youtube where she can watch lotsa Da s variety shows that are not shown in sg TV =) and she's hooked hehe.. well u guys might be wondering "wow.. ur mom knows how to surf the net" given the fact that my mom is a IT idiot and she didn't study eng when she was younger. but simple eng she still can understand, just that she dun really know how to speak eng hee.. as for surfing the net, well, we always save the website the search fields under favourites, so she just have to click on the link and *boom* news will be out, she dun even have to type anything, just some clicks on the mouse hee... so basically she only need to learn to start up and shut down the com, open the internet explorer and also close it (which is very simple)

my dad's the same case as my mom, but my dad normally only use the com to play games (those solitairs hee..)

SomeThing I reALise..

some updates.. my logo design PASSED!! hee.. the 1st round of design was not really wat my client wanted (cos he didn't really specify wat exactly he looking for and my design too feminine already, he wanted something that looks stronger), so the 2nd round i tried to come up with something close to his description, and YES~ finally passed hee.. *sense of relieve and achievement* so follow on i did the business card design which is not bad cos 1st round pass already hee~ i was lucky my client is not so picky ba, or shld i say, my design suits just wat he wanted hee..

anyway recently i had been feeling really down due to wrk.. but today i suddenly realise something.. for the past few wks, i had been feeling really bad cos i always think abt how bad it is wrking there, how unhappy i m, how much i wished to leave that place badly.. but today i sort of like realise tat since im already in this situation, i shld just be happy wrking here and then time will pass faster (rather than everyday passing like year..).. i must always think that i'll be wrking there for a long time, and then happy abt my wrk.. but one thing that will always be there is the stressed at wrk.. even tho sometimes the wrk can be done on time, but i always wry and wry that cannot finish la, delay la, make mistakes la etc etc~ its really a tedious exercise for my brain... *im worried lotsa white hair wil be popping out of my head soon* hehe..

BuSsy BusY wEek...

yups, i had been really busy at wrk this wk.. finally there's some designing wrk to do.. other than helping client with their logo / folder / business card design, i still have to come up with a brochure design for our company.. well, as usual my designing still sux.. submitted 2 designs but all rejected cos boss says can't match his cover page lol..anyway i think he will work on it himself lol.. so now i gotta concentrate on my logo design, this guy wants me to to design logo for 2 company.. and the package he took, i gotta create 6 symbol samples + 12 alphabet design for 1 company.. so finally i have to create 12 symbol + 24 alphabet design! super xiong lor.. now i'm not even half way.. mon gotta gif him the samples already.. at wrk oso can't really concentrate on designing cos keep having other things to settle like answering phone calls, customer service etc.. this is wat jy oso dun like ba~ she wana get a job which only focus on designing.. dun have to touch on other things.. but currently in sg, most jobs u will have to multi-task because company wana cut cost,unless its a big company where there's diff department to work on diff things and designer just have to do their designing hee~

but for my case abit different lor.. cos my designing quite lousy.. so sometimes i will feel that this is not the line i can survive haha~ im more of a handicraft person ba.. not creative, but a hands-on person hee..

Finally.. some nice warming photos to share with u.. hee.. little birdie is out! hee.. this one the birdie already quite big le, the feather oso quite dry already.. hee.. pardon the darkness of the photo cos i dun have the software at home to adjust the brightness =) the pic actually consist of 3 birds, one is the biggest one (the mother), then u see another small head on the left side.. just beside the head u see a tail of another birdie back facing me.. super cute aren't they? at night, you wouldn't get to see the little ones, but u will see a super fat mother bird, cos the little ones hide under the mother's feather until it looks FLUFFY~ hee.. last few times they didn't manage to have their eggs hatch cos of some stupid kids (trying to catch the bird) and the washing corridor guy scared the birds away..
