who started this quote of "customer is always right?"!!! wat the hell man.. right your head la.. some customer is plainly RUDE, UNREASONABLE, OVERBOARD, THINK THEY ARE SO GREAT, PROUD, ATTITUDE ETC ETC ETC!! its not as if we are rude to them or wat in the first place, in fact, we've talk very very nicely to them, and wat we get in return? a very piss off remark, and a BAD attitude! *rolls eyes* wats wrong with these ppl? do they treat their own friends like this? or they only treat those ppl serving them this way? sigh.. like wat i said ytd.. there're too many kinda ppl already.. so i shoudn't be too bothered abt these KIND of ppl..
