working at a "customer service" base company really gifs u headache and stress! i noe its not easy handling customers.. but after i came over here to work, i finally experience it myself.. sigh.. ppl just grumble and grumble non stop.. then they'll just expect more and more from u.. if u dun gif them wat they wan then u'll be in deep shit!

some ppl even worse, subscribe already, then nv come and use the facilities, then dun wana pay the monthly subscription then complain say our facilities not gd. in the first place, if u wana sign up, make sure u come and use, because even if u nv use u still needa pay for it. just like signing up for broadband.. if u nv use they still charge u every mth.. if u use everyday, then ur money will be worth it.. nobody force u not to use it or prevent u from using it.. then y complain so much when ask to make payment?

then some of the ppl take your help for granted.. there's this case whereby this GUY A went all out to help this guy (actually he should not be doing this, but my colleague being kind help him for that time), then the next time this same person ask help again, and GUY A rejected him, guess wat he says -> "but that time u oso help me ma.. aiya, its just a matter of whether u wana help anot la" wa liew, how can he say this? he should be grateful that GUY A helped him the first time.

but but but.... there're also some nice ppl ard... they r really nice, they dun make unreasonable request, dun anyhow grumbles at u and they obey the rules and dun make things difficult for u... really, big thanks to all the nice ppl for making our job easier and gifing us a better life.. hahha i sound so dumb..
