forgot to mention abt our member's nite last week.. our hard work.. work so hard for it know! preparing this and that, making sure that nothing cocks up that night.. well, it was gng on quite gd at the beginning, but there was food shortage, the fried rice, chicken wing and otah was finished up quite fast. tho most of the ppl ate already, but those ppl who came later didn't really get to eat much lor.. this was the most pai seh thing lo.. there were abt 70+ ppl attending the function, they actually quote us 80 pax, which is ok lor, but then ended up there's shortage of food.. -_-" they do catering, they should know how much food to prepare.. most of the time this kinda buffet the food should be more than enough, but i dunno y the food prepared were not enough lor.. ok, maybe partly our fault, the budget we quote is abit too little, but if thats the case they shouldn't promise le then ended up giving us lesser portion lor.. they mention that they prepared 2 trays of fried rice (each for 50pax), but the case is that those who was there early actually saw that the tray was not filled up, its not only one person who said this.. anyway.. that day i wrked from 8.30am to 10pm!! super tiring lor! hahah..
