the long awaited photos from genting keke.. the whole place look like a little "town" to me.. very decorated nor.. there are lotsa fast food, and asian food there.. but, eating fast food there will be a better choice as its cheaper than their local food.. (and i got that upset stomach is all because of the asian food - prawn noodle! hmmpf) so i ended up eating fast food or buffet at the cafe there the next day =) the pizza was alot cheaper than here (if we exchange rate la) and their jug of pepsi is only @ rm3!! only too bad they dun have sweet and spicy drumlets hehe.. ohh did i mention that their kfc chicken was alot better than ours? their skins are more crispy n less flour.. the one here are full of flour and taste not as gd hehe..
As i said there wasn't much things to do there, so i spend some money getting a caricature of myself.. hehe.. doesn't look like me i know hehe.. so far i let artist draw a few times, non of them could really finish my picture looking exactly like me, most of the time is during the process, halfway done u will feel it look like me, but when its done, it looks different... maybe cos i got too many expression le.. haha.. too difficult to catch hold lol! but the guy was gd! the color he plainly uses lighlighter to do the shadings.. impressive ~ and this picture is done in just abt 10 mins =) he actually just wan to see you face, then the rest of the picture he draw using his imagination... hehe.. tats y i ended up like tat lol..
They have all kindsa rides.. up in the air or rolling a boat in the water (but its fake one na, its actually a electronic railway boat where they put in the water to make you feel that u r on water) heehee.. and there's this fake guy there pretending to row the boat for you =)
their kbox is diff from our kbox, their kbox is really singing inside this box.. and they have a lot of these boxes for u to sing, rm2 per song hehe.. i know last time we have them here in sg, but i think they remove all le.. we wanted to go try one, but we went too late, they close le.. =( dunno is they have the grading system (u know last time they will grade your singing after the song one hehehe...)
went to ripley's believe it anot "showcase" (did not went to the haunted house.. hehe.. dun wana spend money letting those ppl scared leh hahaha) they have alot alot amazing things.. inside.. but i only picked out some which i tot was cool.. see the guy who got poked on his head, he manage to survive that! see the black man with the mini head, they have this practice of shrinking the head of enemy that they defeat and keep them.. the aeroplane is a coffin, hehe.. and the palace is build using match stick, this is a demo one, in real life they build it using match stick. the ppl who build it was blinded and crippled so that they can't duplicate the same thing again.
see the ang moh old lady model? i was walking tru the path when i saw her first, then i stare at her (thinking, wat's special with her, cos most of the display have something special in them) then i feel some flash behind me, and i look back, saw that ang moh man taking photo for her, i got a shock (normal human reaction when u r blocking ppl take photo) and i jump backward, and realising tat both r all fake ppl.. hhaa! they have this sensor when ppl walking pass the man with the camera will have flash coming out. btw the path is set in a way you wouldn't be able to see the man until u step out into the room.
see this wooden thingy, i was told its actually comic strips inside, then the guy with the cheena hat will actually roll the strip telling the story and making the music/sound effect at the same time while the ppl peep in to see the story. this is very popular in the olden days.. but during the olden days they see no sound effect and stuff one nor. pretty cool huh.. in this way, only the pl who pay for the show will get to see wats gng on hehe..
on our trip back, the weather was really gd cos during our stay it was raining most of the time and alot of fog. u can't see anything one.. saw this beautiful scenery.. u see the white thingy in the middle of the photo, thats the clouds! very pretty~ u just feel like jumping into those clouds and lie there, like a comfortable bed (but if u think properly, if u really jump into the clouds, you'll drop down tru them and get wet as well.. haha.. looks can be deceiving~
