normally i would join my colleagues for lunch.. and most of the time they will complain abt wrk abt bosses etc.. i dun mind all that.. just tat sometimes i would think that.. OMG.. did i come into the right company ma? haha.. cos from wat i see and wat i hear, boss will not appreciate ur hard wrk, but if any case that the proj is cock up (and when its not ur fault at all), they'll still push all the blame to u.. and when they wan something, they want it fast, they dun care if u have any wrk on hand or not..

i dun really know, cos so far wat i see somethings happen to my colleague some are things they say.. i'm a little worried etc, but tot to myself : "i shld not be influence and judge things just by wat ppl say, shld experience it myself" and since they've told me all these and tell me to be careful, i'll have to be really careful not to make very big mistakes lor..
