have u ever get so fed up with ur boss and can't understand wat he/she is thinking abt? they can be very flickered minded where they can tell u something like tat, then aft that they reacted to wat they've sayed to u.. or they can tell u this and then the next time tell u another thing, causing u to be blurred and unsure abt wat he/she actually wanteD...

well.. i know i cant blame them for that, cos their baseline is to ensure that the company is earning/doing well, cos every decision they made, they have to be responsible for it and that it wouldn't make any big impact/effect on the company. but sometimes just couldn't help but get abit unhappy that they keep changing their mind..

maybe next time if i become boss or wat i'll be the same hahah! then my subordinates will say i always very flickered minded, cannot make up my mind, dunno wat exactly i want lol~
